Recent Albuquerque Grand Airport Review: "This hotel has recently been upgraded. The room was spacious and very well done. Great bed and beautifully appointed. The only problem was with our dinner meal. The small dining room staff also had to provide room service so the wait for service was longer than needed. We ordered steak. It was very expensive, but the quality of the beef was poor. I  received the wrong cut of beef and the other steak was so tough my son could not cut it. The steaks were overcooked. The next morning I explained the situation to the manager on duty. He took the meal off our bill and did all he could to make it right. While I was very upset about the meal, the way the manager handled the situation convinced me that the hotel wants my business and wants to do the right thing. I recommend this hotel and would ask you give the restaurant a try."
