Recent Hyatt Regency Albuquerque Review: "This is a very nice hotel with great staff. The room isn't significantly nicer than what you might get at any number of business traveler's hotels, in fact those rooms are a bit nicer because they often are split into two semi-rooms, with a fold out couch. The Hyatt is more than 20 years old, but the details are nice. It had a fresh scent without overpowering  perfume smell. The staff was exceptionally helpful and professional...much more than what I'm used to receiving in New Mexico. The room had tooth paste, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and a nice sink. The water pressure was good even on the 12th floor. The room came with down pillows and comforter, however, when i called and asked for bedding without down, they brought those comforts quickly. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent...it was included in the price as well. I wouldn't stay here in general, but for a nice get away with my wife, it was perfect...for an overnight stay prior to taking the air plane, with the whole family, I'd pick a hotel near the airport with a pullout couch and a roll away bed. But this is a good get away hotel and I'll remember it for the future."
