| Was a mess. Lobby is in the middle of a renovation. Staff means well but not terrible capable. Surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but maybe that's just Albuquerque. In general have to say this property isn't up to the M brand standard. Was there for a conference, otherwise wouldn't choose again. |

| Came to Albuquerque for the Balloon Fiesta, and stayed at another hotel the first 3 days before going south to Alamogordo for an airshow. This hotel is vastly different from the other one in many ways, mostly in service. We decided to use the Fiesta's Park n Ride service to the Balloon Fiesta Field, and found that one of the Park n Ride locations was at the Coronado Mall, which was practically down the street from the Marriott! That was a major plus for someone who doesn't usually wake up before sunrise for anything.Pluses: the room was clean, shower head had good water pressure, complimentary toiletries were Bath and Bodyworks products, and check out time is noon. Minuses: WiFi is not free, no microwave, no small fridge, and the room was a bit small so it was not easy for me to relax with a nice cup of tea that I prefer over Bigelow Teas. We were only at this hotel for the last night of our stay in Albuquerque, but it was worth it. Price was pretty reasonable considering where we stayed earlier in the week and the fact that it was probably one of the city's busiest times of the year. |

| A pesar que la habitacion me parecio muy chica para una familia de 2 adultos y 2 niños, la estancia fue muy confortable. Lo mejor nos parecio la alberca. El trato del personal del hotel fue excelente. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. |

| Hotel was nice enough, but there was no complimentary breakfast or internet. We had to pay $12.95 for internet that stopped working and couldn't get a refund. Breakfast was OK, but cost $13...something that they don't mention when they seat you. |
