Recent Mcm Elegante Review: "I stayed at the MCM Elegante to get away from the house & staying relatives & have some alone time with my husband. Upon arrival, the reservation I made was not in their system. The desk clerk, Matt, said no problem & started making a new reservation for me. At some point, his computer system booted him out (who hasn't had that happen) and in the process  of logging back in, the other clerk had sold the last King room he was booking for me. In exchange for being so patient, (I've been front desk mgr of a hotel) he upgraded me to an Executive Suite. The room was beautiful, the service was amazing and the food was sublime. A dip in the hot tub later we were one happy couple. Next time I need to "get away", I fully intend on staying here."
