Recent Rio Rancho Conference Review: "My significant other and I decided to make a trip up to Albuquerque for a short vacation and we decided to stay at this hotel. After reading some of the reviews about this hotel I was worried that I had made the wrong choice, seeing that others were not very happy with the aesthetics of the rooms. My expectations were very low upon arrival but we were  placed in room 249. Our window and door faced the quart yard, which is beautiful, and the room was in very good quality. The A/C worked extremely well considering the heat and humidity outside. There was minimal to no noise which made it very peaceful. The location is very convenient ( the cottonwood mall is a few blocks away, a few restaurants are on the same block as the hotel). Overall, it's nice to get "lost" in this city. Downside: We had left a sage colored towel and a beige cleaning towel in the restroom. When we came back later on that night we realized housekeeping took both."
