| The hotel was very reasonable and the rooms were very clean and lots of room. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful Nice setting would use this property again |

| I did a seach of hotels in Albuquerque and thought I was booking closer to downtown. After I booked, I saw the address was Rio Rancho and not Albuquerque. We decided to stay there anyway because it was given a decent rating. The lobby is very nice but the rooms desperately need to be updated. One positive was free wi-fi. |

| The Inn is located in a great location for activities that take place in Rio Rancho. Our stay did not allow us to be at the hotel except to sleep. For that reason the cost and comfort of the room was just right. Not fancy but clean! |

| The girl at the front desk was very friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, and looked like the picture posted. There were two problems that I had, the first being that the outlets are very worn out, and my hair straightener just kept falling out of the outlet. The second issue that I had was that there was a high school team that stayed at the hotel, they had taken all of the cream cheese, butter, and syrup to different tables so you had to search for it, breakfast starts at 6 we got there at 630 and they basically cleaned the place out of food. It was ridiculous. Overall the hotel is quiet and we enjoyed staying there. |

| We were put in a room as far from the front lobby as one could possibly imagine. Security fence surrounds the buildings but caution signs abound warning of danger for valuables left in the car. No lighting in parking area. The surrounding neighborhood looked a little scary. There are several buildings and not many people in evidence, but nonetheless, we were told that no others rooms were available. The "hot breakfast buffet" was a joke. Hot? Really? Toaster waffles do not qualify! The COLD muffins were stale, juice was watered down but coffee was pretty good. Never again! |

| We found the motel to be clean and well-maintained. It has a nice courtyard. Altho we were right by a highway, we were not bothered by the traffic noise |

| The lobby of the hotel, resturant/bar was nice and friendly staff!! But the room was not comfortable. The bed was not comfortable pillows were small and flat. There was not an extra blanket. TV was in the middle of the room and not able to watch while in bed. The bathroom was clean and nice shower. They advertise a "Hot Breakfast" The only food that was hot was gravy for biscuits!! Overall the hotel is just OK!! |

| My wife ,daughter and myself had a very nice stay. Loved the continental breakfast and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Didn't get a chance to dine in the restaurant but will definatly the next time. Overall was a fantastic stay :-) |
