| This is a dated hotel that shows its age in its facility. The rooms have the amenities you would expect for the price. The location is nice and quiet near the airport and the university. The breakfast was a big part of the value.
With new carpet and renovated sinks, the value perception would greatly improve. |

| The hotel grounds were beautiful.
I was greated by an exceptionally friendly staff. They answered all of my questions about the neighborhod cheerfully. The bathrooms needed to scrubbed a little better. Overall a good night sleep. |

| 1. To get into one's room, you have to leave your electronic key in the door at least five seconds and sometimes have to try multiple times.
2. The ice machine in my wing did not work.
3. Milk for breakfast was spoiled. |

| I was there after a basketball game. There were some kids shouting outside in the pool area but I couldn't hear anything in my room. Everything was about what I expected for the price. No problems. |

| This is an older motel that needs some work to be restored to its previous state of goodness.
The bathroom sink was cracked and crazed. The phone in the room did not work. The internet modem in the room did not work. The quality of towels varied from skimpy to regular, no luxurious towels here.
The free breakfast was OK. [Scramble eggs, a meat, potatoes, pancakes, cereal, coffee/tea.] |

| Exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The only negative comment is that the maid did not speak English, but in general all service personell were very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the size of the room. |

| We chose this hotel because it had a pool, but the pool was broken when we arrived and the staff made no effort to make other arrangements or discount our room. We ended up shelpping to another hotel and asking them to use their pool.
When we ordered food to take back to our room, the order took almost an hour to complete. When we arrived at our room we realized there was no silverware in our to-go bag, and had to head back to the restaurant. When we first arrived at the restaurant and when we returned the staff was nowhere to be seen. |
